United Airlines

ELIACA acted as United Airline’s Corporate Real Estate representative in the buildout of a cargo and provisioning operations warehouse facility off Newark International Airport. This new state-of-the art 225,000 sq. ft building enhances the airline’s ability to run a competitive regional cargo operations and to alter the flights bin builds transportation model to direct-to-aircraft. We provided project management, cost controls & estimating, and scheduling services throughout the core & shell, building customization and fit-out phases.

United Airlines

Hangar park program

ELIACA is retained by United Airlines to assist with project planning, design, and construction of multiple projects supporting aircraft maintenance teams at Newark International Airport. The primary effort is the delicate replacement of existing fire suppression systems in aircraft hangars and vehicle service roads.  Secondary efforts include upgrading the existing aircraft hangar 400Hz electrical infrastructure and managing an extensive study and eventual remediation of existing drainage systems.  Owner’s representative services are offered which include but are not limited to: project management, cost controls, and scheduling.

Munich Airport International

NEWARk International Airport (EWR) New Terminal A

ELIACA represented Munich Airport, the operator of EWR New Terminal A, to manage capital projects including concessions build out, space upgrades, and infrastructure improvements to meet airlines’ objectives. The firm also provided special expertise to ensure a smooth turnover from the construction phase managed by the Port Authority and Tutor Perini to the operator’s maintenance, commercial, IT, and Security dvisions.
